Montessori School

Children's Montessori School was started December 1955 on a very humble and modest scale with only 20 pupil's on rolls and 11 teacher's on the staff and within one year the enrolment rose to 200.With the grating of recognization by the state GOVT.in 1957 and its own ungrudging and devoted service to the cause of education, the school began to attract children in large number's. Children's Montessori school's offering instructions at pre-primary, primary and secondary levels earned a name for academic excellence and healthy repport between staff, students, parents and public and for effective curricular and co-curricular activities. It is a matter of great pride to say that a large number of former students of Montessori school have distinguished themselves as Doctors, Advocates, Professors, Scientists, Engineers, Business executives both at home and abroad.

Montessori Educational Institution has been started as a small school in 1955. There were no partitions of the school. In 1962, it was divided into Elementary and High school sections.

Elementary school : Elementary School Inaugurated by Dr.N.SANJIVA REDDY, Chief Minister, Andhra Pradesh state on 14th June 1962.

Details of the school: Elementary section has both Telugu & English mediums. Head Mistress of Telugu Medium is Smt.K.Leela. Head Mistress of English Medium is Smt.R.Sujatha. Strength of the Elementary section : 800 Staff members : 15 Sections : 3

High School :Montessori High School is one of the old and best school from 1963 onwards. This contains Kindergarten to High School. This school contains 800 students in all sections. The teaching mediums will be in English and Telugu. In the guidance of Smt Dr.V.Koteswaramma, our Head master Smt Savitri garu has been handling the school. Many of our staff are well experienced and their teaching methodology is always innovative. Our staff attended the Intel Class Room course to learn how to use the computer and internet in the class room. This course was organised by the Intel Corporation.

Mission & Course Details

Montessori has a distinctive identity in the state of Andhra Pradesh as an Institution which offers Computer Education to girl students. The department is imparting various skills to the students by providing continuous guidance and identifying focus areas.

Events, Seminars & Workshops

The department conducts extension lectures and guest lectures frequently by eminent personalities in the field of Computer Science.The topics covered would be latest in nature not otherwise covered in curriculum, which helps the students to meet the stiff competition in the field of Computer Science.
